Welcome to Loop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of loopnetworking.com and the Loop application (the "Service"), operated by Loop ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Loop. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@loopnetworking.com of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
Loop helps students find and contact professionals using publicly available information. Loop is a tool, not a guarantee of outcomes. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, replies, job placements, or any specific results. All outreach is conducted by you; you are solely responsible for the content you send.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without refund.
Paid plans (Starter $9.99/mo, Pro $49.99/mo) auto-renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing support@loopnetworking.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
Loop uses third-party services (Anthropic, Serper, BrightData, Stripe, Google, etc.) to deliver features. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
You retain ownership of everything you upload (resume, emails, notes). You grant Loop a limited license to process it to deliver the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
Loop, the Loop name, logo, and all Service content (excluding your data) are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or imitate any part of the Service without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold Loop harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. We'll post the new Terms here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using Loop anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 4, 5, 7-11, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
