Refund Policy

Thanks for choosing Loop. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions of the Loop Service.

All Sales Are Final

Loop does not offer refunds. All subscription fees (Starter $9.99/month, Pro $49.99/month), including partial-month usage, are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Why?

Loop delivers real-time AI generation, live contact data via paid APIs, and unlocked contact credits the moment you subscribe. Because those costs are incurred immediately when you use the Service, we cannot offer refunds after payment.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page (Settings → Subscription) or by emailing support@loopnetworking.com. When you cancel:

Free Tier

Loop offers a free tier so you can try the core search and drafting features before paying. We strongly encourage you to use it before subscribing.

Exceptions

In rare cases where the Service is materially unavailable due to a fault on our end for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, issue service credits or a pro-rated refund. This is evaluated case-by-case; email support@loopnetworking.com to request consideration.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, or charged in error after canceling, email support@loopnetworking.com with your receipt and we will correct it within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we almost always resolve issues faster than your bank can. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy waives rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU 14-day withdrawal right for digital services — note that by starting to use the Service you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive the withdrawal right where permitted).
